The Guinness World Records' record for the largest non-powered hand drill measures 15.15 m (49 ft 8 in) long and the handle is 10.3 m(33 ft 9 in) wide. It was created by Miljenko Mustapic (Croatia), and was presented and measured in Imotski, Croatia, on 12 March 2011. The drill is an outsized replica of an existing traditional hand drill.

Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the smallest toothpick sculpture; it is a 19.86-mm-tall (0.782-in) replica of the Empire State Building made from a single toothpick by Steven J. Backman (USA), as verified in New York City, New York, USA, on 18 December 2014.

He printed the case using Autocad software with the reference design scaled down from the original.

It took him three hours to solder the parts, squeeze the entire contents into the case and create the mini model. The drill can make holes into soft objects. Lance is not heading to create an even smaller drill as a record.
