   Longest truck jump: EMC Enterprise breaks Guinness World Records' record (VIDEO)

Bentwaters Park, UK -- EMC teamed up with the Lotus F1 Team and managed to take down the Guinness World Records record for a truck jump; the record-breaking attempt took place at Bentwaters Park, Suffolk in United Kingdom and behind the wheel of the truck was stuntman Mike Ryan (UK), who managed to jump the huge semi-truck no less than 83 feet and 7 inches over a moving Lotus Formula 1 car driven by Martin Ivanov, setting the new world record for the longest ramp jump by a truck and trailer, according to the World Record Academy: www.worldrecordacademy.com/ .

The Guinness World Records' record for the largest parade of food trucks numbered 121 vehicles and was achieved by Generation Food Truck (USA) at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa, Florida, USA, on 29 March 2014.

  Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the largest parade of fire trucks; it consisted of 220 vehicles and was achieved by the Atoka Fire Department (USA) in Atoka, Oklahoma, USA, on 20 January 2012.

   The stunt was set up by Lotus F1 Team sponsor EMC as part of an advertising campaign dubbed Redefine Motorsports, and the record it set was for the longest ramp jump by a truck and trailer.

   The record-breaking attempt took place at Bentwaters Park, Suffolk in United Kingdom and behind the wheel of the truck was stuntman Mike Ryan (UK). He managed to jump the huge semi-truck no less than 83 feet and 7 inches over a moving Lotus Formula 1 car driven by Martin Ivanov, also a reputable stuntman.

   The F1 car used was Lotus' racer from the 2013 season, and the truck was from Renault, which supplies the engines for the Lotus F1 Team.
