  Juggling ping pong balls: Mark Angelo breaks Guinness  world record

HUDSON, OH, USA -- International headline entertainer Mark Angelo broke a Guinness World Record in the field of juggling at the Rubber City Jugglers weekly meeting in Akron; Angelo juggled two ping-pong balls using nothing but his mouth for a total of 212 spits and catches in 2 minutes and 8 seconds, setting the new world record for the most times to spit and catch two ping pong balls with the mouth, according to the World Record Academy: www.worldrecordacademy.com/ .

 The previous Guinness world record for the most times to spit and catch two ping pong balls with the mouth is 180 and was achieved by Jiang Guoying (China) on the set of Zheng Da Zong Yi - Guinness World Records Special in Beijing, China.

  Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the most consecutive spits and catches of three table tennis balls; it is 76 and was achieved by Francisco Tebar Honrubia (Spain), aka Picaso Jr., on the set of TV Asahi Tokyo, in Tokyo, Japan.

  International headline entertainer Mark Angelo broke a Guinness World Record in the field of juggling at the Rubber City Jugglers weekly meeting in Akron.

  Angelo juggled two ping-pong balls using nothing but his mouth for a total of 212 spits and catches in 2 minutes and 8 seconds.

  This feat shattered the previous Guinness world record of 180 spits and catches by Jiang Guoying, of the Xing Tai Acrobatic Group in China.

   Angelo started training with ping pong balls 25 years ago, and along with his wife and juggling partner, Marlo, Comedy In High Definition has been entertaining at corporate events, large festivals and luxury cruise lines for the past 20 years.

  He has been awarded three gold medals by the International Jugglers Association.
