Thousands of people gathered to watch the
French daredevil roller skater drop from the first level of
the Eiffel Tower and onto a high skate ramp.
After completing the World's
Highest
jump on roller skates
, he said:"Two years non-stop,
I didn't sleep for nights and nights for that small moment
up there and now, as you can see, I made it so that's cool."
"I've never had such a strong adrenaline
rush," he told AFP after the vertiginous jump.
The
previous Guinness world record for the Highest
jump on roller skates
was the 8.53-metre world record
set by American Danny Way.
Khris adds the accomplishment to countless
wins in the world championships and X-Games.
Taig
Khris
said he made the jump "to give people the desire
to reach beyond their limits, to follow their passions, their
dreams."
