 Weston-under-Lizard, UK--Fitness fanatic Stephen Buttler, 35, set new separate world bests for the most clap press ups, most jump clap press ups, most bench tricep dips, most squats on a Swiss ball, most squat star jumps in a minute, most squats on a Swiss ball in an hour, most side jumps in 30 seconds and the fastest time carrying a 100lb backpack for 100 metres - setting the new world
record for the Most fitness records broken in a day

Mr Buttler was also raising money for Help the Heroes campaign and Hope House hospice .

    The marathon feat broke a Guinness World record that has stood for more than 100 years for the most fitness records broken in a day .

   Mr Buttler, 36, from Weston-under-Lizard, near Shifnal, was pushing his body to the limit on Guinness World Records day at Lilleshall Hall Sports centre by targetting eight individual fitness world records.

   Mr Buttler already has 12 Guinness World Records to his name including 73 clap press-ups in 60 seconds, which smashed the former record of 43, and 1,702 squats on a Swiss ball in one hour.
