Longest jump on rollerblades: Taig Khris sets world record (HD Video)
PARIS, France--Three times world champion, 35-year-old Taig Khris, jumped 95 feet (29-metre) in front of Paris' Sacre Coeur Basilica to the delight of thousands of supporters - setting the new world record for the Longest jump on rollerblades

Khris' effort smashed the previous record of 24 metres, set by American Danny Way.
The Guinness world record for the highest McTwist on inline skates is 2.35 m (7.7 ft) and was set by Taïg Khris (France)
Guinness World Records also recognized the record for the highest hand plant (invert) performed on inline skates is 2 m set by Taig Khris (France).
After an initial jump of 28.4m, Khris had already broken the previous record of 24m, which was set by American Danny Way.
Spurred on by the thousands of people who had gathered to see him, the adrenalin junkie rolled down the custom-made launch pad and managed to improve his jump by a metre before safely landing on an inflatable cushion.
Last May, Khris had achieved a world record by executing the highest jump
off the first floor of France's iconic Eiffel Tower.
Khris' passion for rollerblades began when he was only six years old and the Frenchman has gone on to compete around the globe in a number of professional tournaments.
He was awarded gold at the 2001 X-Games, after performing the first double-backflip in the competition's history.
