World's First Million Pound Workout: world record set by Michael Danforth (VIDEO)
ORLANDO, FL, USA -- A lifelong natural bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast, Michael Danforth(52),lifted over 1,000,000 lbs. in a single workout of 18.5 hours at Power Strength gym on December 3rd, thus setting the new world record for the World's First Million Pound Workout,according to the World Record Academy .

Michael trained for eight months which consisted of training each major muscle group 5-6 hours per day several times per week.
During the record attempt he only drank a special endurance drink he created and some energy gels to fuel his workout.
