  Most High-Fives in One Minute: Spike TV Host Katie Linendoll sets world record

NEW YORK, USA--Katie Linendoll, host of the network's new tech-centric show ALL ACCESS WEEKLY, slapped 107 hands in just 60 seconds
- setting the new world record for the Most High-Fives in One Minute , in anticipation of National High-Five Day, according to the World Record Academy: www.worldrecordacademy.com/.

  The previous Guinness World Record for the most high fives in one minute is 101 and was achieved by Mr Giggles a.k.a. Marcus Jahrling (UK) at Thorney Bay Park, Canvey Island, Essex, UK.

Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the most people performing a high five simultaneously was 3,504 and was achieved by Zappos.com (USA) at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

  "I always wondered how hard it would be to break a Guinness World Record - this was pretty intense!" said Katie Linendoll.

  "This has been one of the most fun experiences, and I'm excited to have done it as a part of Spike's 'All Access Weekly' team."
