Two cameras shot the video simultaneously, and no cuts or edits were made. Seven Grandville High School students -- Jake Blaukamp, Marcel Gossett, Matt Hoogerhyde, Sam Kiste, Jeff Sawyer, Josh Stoneburner and Mike Terpstra -- were the camera crew.

The project was planned and produced by the Grandville High School AV students in Terry Blevins' class as a Mise en Scene . The nine-minute video tells the story of a couple that meet, think of meeting again and then finally do meet.

Over 1,400 students took part in an after-school project on March 9 to set the lip dub world record to music from Katy Perry, Michael Buble, Billy Idol and others.

What's a lip dub ? It's a continuous video shot with people taking turns lip syncing to music.

The previous Guinness world record for the largest lip dub featured 600 people.

World Record Academy is considering this event for the 2010 "Best School Project" Award - and may won a place on the cover of our Book of World Records!
