"I have fans who send me baklava and cheese cake and everything else you can imagine," Simpson, told ABC News. "I'm heavy and I wouldn't mind being heavier."

She said her boyfriend, 150-pound Philippe Gouamba, 49, encourages her to eat. "I think he'd like it if I was bigger," Simpson said. "He's a real belly man, and completely supports me."

Donna Simpson told the Daily Mail newspaper she had her heart set on reaching her goal weight of 1000lb (450kg) in two years.

"I'd love to be 1000lb ... it might be hard though, running after my daughter keeps my weight down," Ms Simpson told the Daily Mail.

Ms Simpson, who needs a mobility scooter to go shopping, eats huge amounts of junk food each week and tries to move as little as possible so she doesn't burn off as many calories. "I do love cakes and sweet things, doughnuts are my favourite," she said.

Ms Simpson said she also loved eating sushi and would often eat 70 big pieces in one go. Donna, who wears XXXXXXXL dresses, eats mounds of junk food and tries to move as little as possible.

Donna's weight problem began early. Her mother made big meals for Donna and her brothers and gave them lots of treats and fattening food.
By the time Donna was nine, she weighed 13 stone. 'Food was her way of showing she loved us, she wanted us to eat, and she was very protective of us,' Ms Simpson said. 'She wouldn't let anyone say anything bad to us about our weight. She would argue with doctors who said it was dangerous.'

But as she got older, Donna began to worry about her weight and started taking diet pills. Between the ages 14 and 18 she slimmed down to 11 stone, but was still unhappy. 'Dieting just made me miserable because I was thinking about food all the time.,' she said. After she left school, Donna got a desk job and no longer felt the need to fit in with other girls. 'I felt so much better when the weight came back,' she said. 'It felt like who I was meant to be.'

To put on enough weight, Ms Simpson will need to eat 12,000 calories a day, which is six times the recommended daily intake for women.

Ms Simpson already holds the Guinness World Record as the world's fattest mother , when she gave birth in 2007 weighing 38stone. She needed a team of 30 medics to deliver her daughter Jacqueline during a high-risk Caesarean birth.

In order to pay for the enormous amounts of food she is eating — her weekly grocery bill is $815 — Ms Simpson makes money by running a website where men pay to watch her consume fast food.

'I love eating and people love watching me eat,' she said. 'It makes people happy, and I'm not harming anyone.'

The Guinness World Record for fattest ever woman is held by a woman also from New Jersey, who weighed an unbelievable 1,800 pounds when she died in 2008. She was 49 years old.

WARNING: World Record Academy will NOT accept her possible future 'record' - if that's record is based on a gaining weight plan; maybe she can try another record, for the benefit of her health:  Most Weight Loss .
