Longest women's rugby game: Mass, NH colleges sets world record (Video)
WILLIAMSTOWN, MA, USA -- The women's rugby teams of Williams Collegeand Keene State Collegein New Hampshire played a 24-hour rugby match that raised thousands of dollars for breast and colorectal while setting the new world record for the Longest women's rgby game

The Guinness world record for the longest try to be scored in beach rugby is 5.60 m and was set by Cedric Di Dio (France).
Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the longest marathon playing touch/mini/tag rugby football: 27 hr, organized by the Emerald Touch Association (Australia).
The two college rugby teams played from Saturday at 8 a.m., until 8 Sunday morning. A typical rugby match lasts 80 minutes.
Williams won the marathon match, 818 to 711.
"The players have plenty of bumps and bruises and sore muscles, but no one took a trip to the hospital," said Williams coach Gina Coleman.
The Longest women's rugby game in the world match was streamed online and the game raised money for breast cancer research

Williams coach Gina Coleman tells The Berkshire Eagle the money is still being counted, but the teams expect to raise more than $10,000 for breast and colorectal cancer research.
