  Biggest jackpot win: Mega Fortune jackpot breaks Guinness world record

Åland, Finland -- Mega Fortune, the online slot game from Net Entertainment, paid out about EUR17.8 million to a 40-year old male in Helsinki who played the Mega Fortune game at the Aland-based internet casino Paf.com, setting the new world record for the Biggest jackpot win, according to the World Record Academy: www.worldrecordacademy.com/.

  "The Mega Fortune win broke the Guinness world record as reported by the Guinness Book of World Records which was a mere €11.7m," Online-Casinos.com reported.

The Guinness world record for the most players simultaneously in an online poker room is 307,016 who played on a total 42,814 virtual tables at PokerStars.com.

Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the most online poker tables played in 1 hour: 62, achieved by Bertrand 'ElkY' Grospellier (France) for PokerStars.com at Monte Carlo Bay Resort, Monte Carlo ( Monaco).

  Per Eriksson the Chief Executive Officer for Net Entertainment also commented on the big win, "This is our second world record jackpot in online gaming. The large liquidity within the slots with progressive jackpots enables the rapid growth of these jackpots, which is great news for the operators. We want to congratulate the winner of this record jackpot and hope to turn many more players into millionaires in the future."

   Mega Fortune, the popular online slot game from Net Entertainment, is a 5-reel, 25-bet line video slot that gives the player an idea of what it would be like to be that rich.

  Net Entertainment is listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm (NET-B).

  Several big jackpots have been won at Paf.com in the past year, including prizes of €8.6m and €6.9m. The latest jackpot will be paid tax free straight into the player's account.
