Most expensive hot dog: Tokyo Dogs breaks Guinness World Records' record (VIDEO)
SEATTLE, USA -- The chefs at Tokyo Dog, a Seattle food truck, made a $169 hot dog called the Junni Bahn; it is a foot long and inside the brioche bun is a cheese bratwurst smoke in the traditional fashion; the toppings include grilled onions, buttered teriyaki, Japanese mayonnaise, wagyu beef, foie gras, maitake mushrooms, black truffles and - caviar;it will set customers back a hefty $196 setting

The Guinness World Records' record for the most expensive hot dog is $169 (£101.69; 122.96€) and was sold by Tokyo Dog (USA) in Seattle, Washington, USA.
Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the longest line of hot dogs; it measures 258.11 m (846 ft 9.84 in) and was created at an event organised by Yokota Base Side Street Shop Liaison Council (Japan) at Friendship Park, in Fussa, Tokyo, Japan.
The World's Most Expensive Hotdog is a foot long. Inside the brioche bun is a cheese bratwurst smoke in the traditional fashion.
The toppings include grilled onions, buttered teriyaki, Japanese mayonnaise, wagyu beef, foie gras, maitake mushrooms, black truffles and - caviar.
Company owner Eugene Woo gave a statement to the local reporters. He said, "It's an amazing hotdog - it is savory and tastes fabulous. We didn't want to just throw together a load of ingredients, but instead put some real research into it. There was a lot of trial and error to make it a really awesome hotdog."
The Juuni Ban is a creation of three persons namely - Eugene Woo, Samson Kwong, and Rocky Weh. It took the three creators at least a year to find the right hotdog recipe.
