  Largest M&M Mosaic: Jackson McKenzie breaks Guinness World Records' record (VIDEO)

Nampa, ID, USA -- 17-year-old Jackson McKenzie has spent the last 10 months planning and the last five days working in the Idaho State Capitol rotunda; he have broken the Guinness World Records' record for the Largest M&M Mosaic; the display was set up in the Idaho statehouse and was made up of more than 70,000 candy pieces, according to the World Record Academy: www.worldrecordacademy.com/ .

  The Guinness World Records' record for the longest line of M&M's pretzel candies lined up in 30 seconds is 30, achieved by Alastair Galpin (New Zealand), in Auckland, New Zealand.

  The Guinness World Record for the fastest time to sort 30 M&Ms using chopsticks is 31.5 seconds achieved by Yinger Guan (China) at the Guinness World Records Pavilion in Global Village, Dubai, UAE.

The display is set up in the Idaho statehouse and is made up of more than 70,000 candy pieces.

  The design was created by the high school student.

   - If you couldn't tell already, the mosaic is of Idaho and the state counties.

   - To the right of the state is some of the lyrics from the state song and although some of the letters look incomplete, this is only because they would not fit properly in the minimized version of the design.

  - In the actual mosaic, they will be much more visible, Each square represents 4 M&Ms.

  - The entire mosaic is 70,980 M&Ms.
  This will break the current Guinness World Records' record by 29,780 M&Ms.

  The entire mosaic is 124 square feet. The previous Guinness World Records' world record was 74.92 square feet.

  It took Jackson McKenzie, along with his friends and family, six days to complete, Kivi TV reported.

  "What I enjoyed the most was putting it together and just finishing it, because it's the biggest in the world," McKenzie said.

  "And, I'm the only one that has one now of that size."
