  Largest Collection Of Pizza Boxes: Scott Wiener breaks Guinness World Records' record (VIDEO)

NEW YORK, NY, USA -- Scott Wiener , a New Yorker who owns a pizza tour company that takes travellers to pizza restaurants and "Points of Pizza Interest" in New York City, has 600 boxes from 42 countries neatly broken down and stacked in his New York apartment; Guinness World Records announced Scott Wiener's collection had earned him global pizza box dominance as part of Guinness World Records Day; he also sets the new world record for the Largest collection of pizza boxes, according to the World Record Academy: www.worldrecordacademy.com/ .

The Guinness World Records' record for the largest collection of pizza-related items belongs to Brian Dwyer (USA) with 561 different items from all over the world.

  Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the largest collection of napkins; it belongs to Martina Schellenberg (Germany) and consists of 125,866 different napkins, in Schwieberdingen, Germany.

  Wiener is a pizza man by trade and obsession. He owns a pizza tour company that takes travellers to pizza restaurants and "Points of Pizza Interest" in New York City.

  In his Brooklyn apartment, among the other boxes, Wiener has a 54-inch box from Big Mama's and Papa's Pizzeria in Los Angeles — the largest commercially available in the world.

  Wiener has also published a book about pizza box design entitled "Viva La Pizza!" The Art of the Pizza Box.
