  Largest plastic bottle mosaic: Procter & Gamble and Transmed broke Guinness World Record

DUBAI, UAE -- Fairy has launched its newest dishwashing liquid in the UAE market with a Guinness World Records breaking event to create the world's largest mosaic made entirely out of plastic bottles; the launch of Fairy Platinum was celebrated at Lulu Hypermarket in Barsha with the unveiling of a 12,844-bottle pop art mosaic covering a 75.9-sq m area, and spelling out the brand name, which sets the new world record for the Largest plastic bottle mosaic, according to the World Record Academy: www.worldrecordacademy.com/ .

The Guinness World Records' record for the largest candy mosaic measures 130,83 m² (1,399 ft² 44 in²) and was created by Varena Betriebs GmbH and Haribo GmbH (all Austria) in Vöcklabruck, Austria.

  Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the largest coin mosaic; it is 26.46 m² (284.81 ft²) and was achieved by Realizar (UK) and Semba Comunicações Limitada (Angola), in Luanda, Republic of Angola.

  The World's Largest Plastic Bottle Mosaic took the team of Fairy artists a total of 30 hours to create using Fairy Platinum and Fairy Olay bottles.
