Longest concert by children artists-world record
set by Stars' Club

CLUJ-NAPOCA, Romania-- 15 singers (ages 6 to 16) from
the Stars'
Club
(led by teacher Alexandru Filip)
sang, for
12 1/2 hours *
in a row, 200 songs of
pop music, in the Romanian language, in German, French, Spanish,
Italian, English and Turkish-setting the world record for
the Longest
concert by children artists
.
The group, composed of singers with ages between
6 and 16 years old, was led by teacher Alexandru Filip
.

'I have been looking for two years for various
formulas to enter the Records' Book, but it is only now that
I have found the winning one.'
The 'live' concert in Cluj Napoca (north-west),
started on Sunday, at 8:00 o'clock, in the Central Park in
Cluj Napoca, and ended at 20:00.

A 30 minutes "bonus"
for the public made the total of 12 1/2 hours.
