 The Guinness world record for the most people receiving a mud treatment was achieved by 50 participants in an event organised by Bad Saarow Kur GmbH in SaarowTherme - Bad Sarow, Brandenburg, Germany.

  Guinness World Records also recognized the world record for the Most blood pressure readings taken in 24 hours (multiple location), set by Rotary International in Great Britain and Ireland in partnership with The Stroke Association, which took blood pressure readings from a total of 127,573 people at over 1,000 sites across the UK.
